Clear steps before a Mosaic Magic purchase.

These are website and sales-process terms for the initial promotional site. They are not a substitute for a final software licence agreement, implementation agreement, refund policy or legal advice. Have them reviewed before public launch.

1. Website information

The website describes the current intended Mosaic Magic product direction. Product features, package scope, prices, implementation availability and support arrangements may change before a written order, quote or licence agreement is accepted.

2. Pricing and VAT

Unless a page clearly states otherwise, website package prices are shown in South African Rand and exclude VAT. The final price, applicable VAT and any additional setup, data-preparation, training, support or travel services must be confirmed in writing before payment is accepted.

3. Quotations and EFT order requests

Submitting a quotation request or EFT order request does not create a binding software licence or guarantee availability. Mosaic Magic will confirm the appropriate package, implementation scope, payment details and next steps before a sale is finalised. EFT banking instructions should be verified directly with Mosaic Magic before payment.

4. No card data on this site

This version of the website does not process card payments and does not request card details. The site records only the details necessary to respond to a request and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation or EFT order path.

5. Intellectual property

The Mosaic Magic name, logo, website content, software materials and related brand assets may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission, except where applicable law permits it.

6. Website availability and accuracy

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website useful and accurate, but the website is provided on an information basis. It should not be relied on as accounting, tax, legal, financial or implementation advice. Confirm important commercial details directly with Mosaic Magic.

7. Privacy

Website form information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. By submitting a form, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you have authority to provide it for the stated business purpose.
