Common Mosaic Magic questions.
Explore the practical questions businesses ask before choosing a POS, inventory and business-management system.
Who is Mosaic Magic for?+
Mosaic Magic is designed for South African independent businesses that need connected desktop workflows for point of sale, inventory, supplier invoices, customer accounts, payments, cash-up and reporting.
Is Mosaic Magic only a POS system?+
No. The point-of-sale workflow is part of a wider business-management system that also includes stock, customer invoicing, supplier invoices, customer and supplier payments, vouchers, quotations, refunds, cash-up and reports.
Can I use it for customer and supplier accounts?+
Yes. The system includes customer and supplier records, payment allocation, due dates, account terms, statements and aging-focused reporting workflows.
How are South African payment terms handled?+
Account terms can support COD or immediate payment, terms based on invoice date, and South African statement or month-end account logic. The terms used and calculated due date are retained on posted documents.
Can the software handle stock and supplier invoices together?+
Yes. Supplier invoice and inventory workflows are designed to keep purchasing, items, cost information and stock context connected while retaining control over item and department changes.
How do I buy Mosaic Magic?+
You can choose a package and submit an EFT or quotation request. The package, implementation needs, price and payment instructions are confirmed before the purchase is finalised.
Can I begin with a small team?+
Yes. The current package structure includes a one-workstation starting point and options for a small connected team. The right option depends on your current operating setup.
Does the website take card payments?+
No. The website currently uses a quotation and EFT order-request path. It does not collect card details, and payment is only accepted after the final commercial details are confirmed.
Is my website enquiry information protected?+
The website collects only the details needed for your enquiry or order request, uses consent checkboxes, does not include third-party advertising trackers, and provides a Privacy Notice with contact information.
